Strathmore University - Nairobi, Kenya

Strathmore Law School is a private law school located in Nairobi, Kenya which opened its door in 2012. They are one of the founding members of Africa in the Moot and began competing in the 2019 Vis Moot Vienna.

Elvira is a student in her 3rd year. She has participated in a few moot competitions, the most recent being the Equality Now Moot Competition and the FOLLAP Moot on Matrimonial Property Rights. After winning best oralist awards in both, she aspires to carry the same enthusiasm into the upcoming Willem C. Vis Moot Competition.

Akech Elvira

Dave is in his 3rd year at Strathmore Law School in Nairobi, Kenya. He has participated Foreign Direct Investment Moot Court Competition and the All-Kenya Moot Court Competition. His team sailed through to the FDI Moot Global Rounds after qualifying through the Kenya rounds and regional rounds.

Sanjana is the editor in charge of Peer Review for the Strathmore Law Review and still finds the time to pursue moot competitions that she is passionate in. Last year, her team competed in the Nelson Mandela Human Rights Moot Court Competition. Her team won in the oral rounds and she received an award for being the best oralist in the preliminary rounds.
